In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker, I hold several designations. As an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) I have not only completed the required curriculum but I have also satisfied the practical experience requirements. My past experience working successfully with buyers is well documented.

The Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation was awarded to me by the National Association of Realtors® as a result of my completing the required short sale and foreclosure training. I have also received the Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN) designation after completing the associated training course required.

As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE™) I have been trained in professional negotiation skills. These learned skills as well as the skills I have acquired through my years of experience benefit both the buyers and sellers I work with. I negotiate on your behalf to obtain the results you are looking for.
